Nawaz's visa extension request turned down by Britain
(dailytops4u news )
Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif's visa extension request was rejected by British authorities, Geo News reported on Thursday.
The mandate's six-month visa expired when he requested an extension from the UK Home Office for medical reasons.
However, the immigration department denied the request.
Now Naazaz has two options: to appeal to the department and, in case of refusal, to go to a UK court.
Meanwhile, Interior Minister Sheikh Rashid said that Nakaz's passport, his passport as prime minister, expired on February 1 and "he is no longer a citizen of Pakistan."
He said Nakaz did not ask for an extension beyond the deadline.
He said that only an ambassador can issue a passport for return to Pakistan.
Rashid said Pakistan had been trying for some time to get the Order back, but failed.
The Interior Minister said the Order cannot travel anywhere with a stolen Pakistani passport.
Nakaz's lawyer appealed to the immigration court
PML-N spokeswoman Maryam Aurangzeb told Geo News that the UK Home Office has responded that Nakaz can appeal the decision of the Immigration Court.
He said Naaz's lawyers had filed an appeal with the court along with his medical record.
Mary said the Housing Department's order would remain in effect until the court ruling.
A PML-N spokesman made it clear that Nakaz "will never seek political asylum."
Naaz talks to Shahbaz
Later, PML-N Supreme Chairman and PML-N Chairman Shahbaz Sharif held talks, during which Nakaz informed his younger brother that his lawyer had appealed the decision.
In the complaint, the lawyers made Naaz's life the basis for residence in the UK.
Shahbaz urged Nakaz to stay in the UK until he recovered and told him that the nation and the party put his safety and health first.
“All the people and the party are praying for his health,” Shahbaz told Nakazu.
You can either get your money back or go to jail
In response to the incident, Information and Communications Minister Fawad Chaudhary said the former prime minister had several options.
Chaudhry said he will first go to the Pakistani embassy, where he will be issued temporary travel documents, and then return to Pakistan to answer charges.
The second option is to appeal the decision - “and there is no reason not to do this, because he is not sick,” the minister said.
... Now he will be lying in his own court in a British court. He may be found guilty of lying, ”said Chaudhry.
He said that in his opinion, the Mandate should return to Pakistan with temporary travel documents and appear before a state court. He said Pakistan has called on the British government not to allow anyone to "engage in millions of dollars in corruption."
We have information that he has spent billions of dollars abroad now that he is innocent, ”the minister said. ...
He said that the "stolen money" must be returned to Pakistan, and if the Order returns the money, he can "return to live in his country."
Naaz's solution
In July 201, Judge Mohammad Bashir sentenced Nakaz to Avenfield and sentenced him to ten years in prison.
Anyway, on September 1, 201, the Supreme Court of Islamabad dismissed Chief Justice Minallah and Judge M.S.
